Description:

  • Weekly work sessions with a dedicated consultant

  • Transfer of best Revenue Management practices to the client team

  • Preparation of work agenda and meetings

Strategic Consulting

Description:

  • Explore improvement opportunities

  • Design solution proposals

  • Propose implementation roadmap

  • Design, develop, and implement selected tools, processes, and strategies

  • Train the client team in RM concepts, as well as the use and maintenance of the designed tools

  • Validate developments with the client

  • UAT and project delivery

  • Pricinguru team performs complete analytical work

  • Participants: Senior Advisor + Project Director + Consultant/Data Scientist

Format: 

Phase 1: 55-95 hrs/week for 4 weeks

Phase 2: 75-95 hrs/week for 12 weeks

Deliverables:

Phase 1: Impact-feasibility matrix, quick wins, Steering Committee presentations.

Phase 2: Tools, user manuals, Revenue Management fundamentals course.
